Club Eat is a world where I can keep my food brain and explore culinary creativity through catering, food consulting, recipe development, food styling, and storytelling through food.



 Food is an intuitive outlet for me, as is cooking. I like to keep things simple, but the process intricate.

Food is emotional. 

Sensual.

When thinking of something to m a k e, I find inspiration through movies, music, colors, or a feeling. Movies are really important to me, as is music (I'm a piano player). It's like a starting point to build creativity on, and to get in the mood for creating. A non invasive way to flow naturally.

I am a sensual person, I am a sensitive person, but not one to show it as obviously. Or at least, I process emotions differently. So being able to use my hands and have something to transfer that energy into - a thing that nourishes you - feels like creative therapy.


I like taking an artful approach to the way I organize my food and recipes. But it is a meal, at the end of the day. Or a drink. Or a light, sweet dessert. But there’s no question about what it is. 

My food isn’t necessarily art, nor is it a spectacle. It’s food. And it’s made to be eaten and enjoyed.
